• Handcrafted Variations: All candles are handcrafted. You acknowledge that wax-based designs and appearances may vary slightly from product to product.

• Candle Care: For best results and safety, you agree to follow all proper candle care instructions provided with your purchase. Candle Kravings is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from the misuse of products or failure to follow safety guidelines.

• Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Candle Kravings reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is processed.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Shipping and Delivery: We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Return Policy:

• Eligibility: We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition. Items returned without prior approval are not eligible for return.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return: Used or burned candles, and custom or personalized orders.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, and designs, are owned by Candle Kravings and are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material on the Services without our prior written consent.
